Frequently Asked Questions

IS THIS SERVICE CONFIDENTIAL?

Yes, absolutely. The only people that will know about your order(s) is me and you. If you choose to share it with other people, that is entirely up to you.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ESTIMATE TIMING OR SCRIPT SYNOPSIS?

I usually have timings and synopses completed within seven days. Special arrangements can be made if timings and synopses are needed within 24 hours.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY SCRIPT POLISH OR EDIT?

This service takes about three to four weeks depending on the amount of work needed.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY FINAL DRAFT CONVERSION?

This takes about seven to ten business days.

DO I GET AN INVOICE?‚Äč

Yes. Once the work is complete, I will email you a detailed invoice and receipt for your records.

WHAT COMES WITH AN ESTIMATE TIMING?

I provide a breakdown which consists of a scene-by-scene estimate time and a total estimate timing of your script. For television series, the breakdown includes act estimate time totals.

I WANT MY SCRIPT TIMED AND NEED A SYNOPSIS, DO I GET A DISCOUNT?

Both timings and synopses take a lot of time, thought and detail. I cannot provide discounts when both a timing and synopsis are ordered.

DO YOU EVER OFFER DISCOUNTS OR HAVE A SALE?

I usually offer one or two sales a year. If you would like to be notified when a sale is happening, please email me and I will add you my mailing list to alert you before a sale begins.

DO YOU DO ALL THE WORK YOURSELF?

Yes, with the exception of translations. I do all timings, polishes, edits, and synopses personally. There is no middleman, just me.

WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE YOUR TIMING?  DO I GET A REFUND?

No, refunds are not given if a timing is not liked. Timings are estimates, done to the best of my abiility and I stand behind my timings.

WHY DON'T YOU HAVE EXAMPLES OF YOUR WORK FOR ME TO SEE?

For confidentiality reasons, I do not show examples of my work online. If my work were not excellent, I would not be a sucessful script supervisor and I would not be hired by the same directors/producers over and over again.

I welcome your feedback and questions. Please feel free to contact me with any inquiries, and I will get back to you as quickly as possible.
